Hemp oil supliment
Is pure hemp oil, brown in color. Will not stain clothes. Oil is unflavored. The texture is a little strange at first and takes a little getting used to. I use it as a supplement. You can add it to salad dressing. Must be refrigorated.

DIY hair color
No real instructions on the bottle. I washed and conditioned my has normal. Then I shampooed the color in. I put my hair in a shower cap. A couple of hours later I rencced it out and towl dried my hair. Really like the color and the way my hair feels and smells

Space saver
It works as advertised. Makes it possible for me to match my shoes to my outfits. Will not store boots.
