Works well
Tested it on a known weight -- 15 lb. barbell. It consistently reports 14.9 lb when I don't forget to reset it between measurements. Good enough for weighing luggage.

Auxiliary light
This is definitely not bright enough to serve as main low-beam headlights. Good for daytime running lights or fog lights. Nicely built.

This monitor is well made and works well. Unfortunately, there's a minority of people for whom wrist monitors deliver consistently inaccurate results (way too high) no matter how scrupulously you follow the usage instructions, and my wife and I are among that minority.
