Iron Core Kettlebell New DVD! Ships Fast!

Good 30 minute workouts

This is more of an "old school" type kettle bell workout. By that I mean that it's like working with a trainer--no frills. The first two discs are instructional, and the last two discs contain three 30 minute workouts total, broken up into 4 sets each. I liked the exercises, and I thought it was a good overall body workout. It wasn't crazy hard, but was definitely more serious than some other kettle bell workouts I've tried. If you're serious about working out with kettle bells, I would definitely recommend this DVD set.

Didn't live up to my expectations

I bought this book thinking that it was a good apologetics book for kids...I bought it for a 12 year old who is immature in the faith and thought it would help him out. Fortunately, I read the book first. I think the concept/premise is very good; it's just not constructed well. If the author would have left out the "skateboard mystery" (which no one cares about), it might have been better. The book is aimed at 8-12 year olds. The theology is a bit complex for an 8 year old, yet the comparison to the "where did this old skateboard come from" mystery is not interesting for a 12 year old. It's just tough to jump back and forth between the two mentalities. Perhaps one day I will read the adult version. Maybe it is better put together than this version.
