First class book
Great book if you wish to know about the hidden sugars in products you would never realise.
It will guide you through the minefield of food with sugar and the effect it can have on your health and the health of our children.

First Class Album
I normally don't go for live albums, however this one is first class. Gretchen Peters is brilliant throughout and the whole sound reproduction is a benchmark for other record companies to try and follow.

This cd arrived in first class condition, no marks or scratchs. The cover was in mint condition too. Plays and sounds just purfect, so pleased I purchased it.
