For small canning projects
Not wanting to purchase an entire canning system, I needed a smaller canning rack for the stock pot I already own. This one has performed well. Be aware, the 8.5” diameter is the total width. The actual space for jars is smaller. Nonetheless, I was able to process 7 half-pints or 4 pints. Happy with it!
