90 Minutes in Heaven by Cecil Murphey, Don Piper (2004)
It wa a tremendous book about a man who died and went to heaven for 90 minutes, I only wished there was more about heaven in the book. His journey to healing shares the sad times, the trying times and the victory's of someone who has a long term recovery from a serious injury. A must read for any person.

The best book for those who grieve
This is the best book!! I have given this book as a gift to so many people. I am unable to keep a copy for myself on my bookshelf. It is especially great for someone who has just lost a loved one. James Smith writes this as a novel, yet his description is birthed from someone who has lost so much, and still those losses are redeemed when you see heaven from the residents standpoint. I read it right before my mother-in-law died and it comforted me so much, she experienced some fear and I was able to use what I read to help and give that same comfort to her. I don't have enough words to describe how great this book is.
