The Juiceman's Power of Juicing by Jay Kordich (1992)
7 von 7 finden das hilfreich A wonderful book for those who already juice or are completely new to juicing. There are tons of delicious recipes and information on what to juice for certain health benefits. The author also tells a first hand account of how juicing has helped him. I love that I can look through and find a simple recipe that informs me of exactly what I need and what that particular juice will do for me. For example there are recipes for Healthy skin juices, juices that are good for the heart, juices that calm or give you energy, etc. Way too many to list! I am very very happy with this book. I loaned it to two of my realatives and they started juicing after reading the book. They both decided to buy this book as well since they used mine so often.
