Doesn't do anything.
Unfortunately when it comes to Rug to carpet this is useless. The description in the title says rug to carpet however when I received the item it mentions rug to wooden floor etc but doesn't mention rug to carpet. It maybe good for other the other options but definitely not for rug to carpet. As seen in the picture it can be lifted up at will and doesn't stick at all.

Does the job
Excellent product. It's a lot more powerful than I expected and cleans the teeth really well! Would definitely recommend this product.
