Vintage JC is the best.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I had a reissue JC120 and it didn’t sound as good as the vintage JC I just bought. Something different with the chorus and the mids sound better on the vintage units. Also if you crank it up, it is smoother and less harsh, kinda like it has a slight bit of compression. I am missing the effect loop but that isn’t much of a big deal as it takes effects very good on the front end.

Not perfect on drop pitch
Good pedal but not perfect pitch on drop mode and you can occasionally hear artifacts on certain notes. In a live setting this all many be ok but highly not recommended for any recording. Feels like a durable unit and it is very fun for noises and special effects.

Good case for the money.
Good studio rack for a home studio. Looks good and easy to put together. Pretty sturdy as long as you assemble it with all the bolts and tighten them up tight. I wouldn’t use this case on gigs or for moving equipment between studios. It’s meant to stay in the studio. The trick is to get two of them and bolt them together and screw them on to a large harbor freight moving dolly.
