Affordable way to move into medium format photography!
Works great, exactly as described! Sturdy and still functioning wonderfully. just like Mamiyas are known for.

Can't beat the price!
At the widest aperture there's a good amount of vignetting, but this is an excellent wide-angle starter lens (for approx $300 rather than $1000+). The focus is manual so it does take a good eye to recognize when the image is in focus, but I love getting landscapes with this thing. It is also subject to a fair amount of distortion, but you just have to practice with what kind of shot work with this lens and which ones don't.
