Healthier body
I've been using this for a while now. Am working on getting some weight off & getting my blood sugar down & since I'm eating less I feel these help me get the things my body needs to get healthier.

Cholesterol help!
It was part of something I was trying to help lower cholesterol, will see if it has worked when I have blood work done soon. It has a big enough dose that I can take half & still get more than I was recommended. Sure hope it helps. The ? Above about if it is good quality is yet to ve seen.
