Knew this had to exist, and fortunately it does.
I purchased this to keep a dehumidifier from freezing in the basement of an unheated house that I've gutted and mold treated but can't afford to remodel yet. I checked that it turns on and off at 41 F and has a power rating adequate for the dehumidifier. Seems to work so far.
