Perfect for small electronics. Not safe for mains voltage.

Perfect for small electronics. Not safe for mains voltage. Because most test leads sold today are the same design used last century for vacuum tubes and point to point wiring. These are the most perfect no compromise leads for surface mount components. The ends are only 2mm in diameter and 21 mm long. Most test leads are bulked out with Cat 3 insulation and are impossible to get down into the small stuff. The plug ends are at a 45 degree angle which is so much better than a sharp 90 degree as it allows clearance for the meter dial ... you sorta' have to see it to understand. --- These do need the end shafts covered with heat shrink to leave just the points so you do not end up shorting them together. Most important when measuring Voltage on a LiPo battery charging connector. While these are stamped with CAT 3 rating, because of the large exposed tips, even with heat shrink, I would not consider these safe for mains voltages. And do keep these away from LiPo batteries until you heat shrink cover the exposed shafts.
