Five star but I say four
Really easy to install, very compact, works with all my bluetooth headphones, and you can listen to 2 headphones at the same time. The only reason I gave it 4 star is sometimes you have to reconnect your headphones after every other use.

Nice scope
Sadly I have not taken it out to shoot yet, but it looks great sitting on top of my SAM 7 the red illumination is nice and bright red.

Good ear piece
Good ear piece just be careful of the clip. The pin that holds the clip together came out and it fell apart took about 15 minutes to put back together with needle nose pliers. Other than that it works great.
