  Good service, delays due to Royal Mail on a bank holiday in UK, but the seller was reassuring and quick to respond. Via ebay the seller answered a technical question quickly and accurately when needed. The item arrived well packaged and the delay should not reflect on data and decor, it was Royal Mail that caused it. I'm happy so far-no issues found after fairly extensive install/set up activity. I got exactly what I was looking for, and the computer looks in A1 condition. Excellent seller.

  Item was received quickly after purchase in pristine condition. The laptop was well packed and protected with bubble wrap. The laptop is exactly as described and battery life is excellent. Furthermore, it looks like new, working perfectly, and is very good for the price. Highly recommend this seller.

  There was a small issue with the item’s specs, but the seller responded quickly and professionally. I was given the option to return it or accept a partial refund to address the issue.
