hard as nails
i have been putting this underneath nail polish. I have not used nail polish in years and I have seen a difference in just a couple of weeks. My nails are not chipping or flaking or splitting as they have been and are quite hard. They are getting longer too. I changed my diet about 6 weeks ago and have lost a lot of weight so lots of fruit and veg and water are helping but there is no doubt that this product has restored them were the diet couldn't. Chuffed and I have bought lots of lovely nail polish too.

good value for money
Not used the product as yet but it appears to be good value for money and a good size compared to the one in the van originally
