Nutritional Product
I've loved this product from the first time I tried it a few years ago. It seems to absorb into my body a lot better than taking tons of pills. It's great to have everything pretty much all in one liquid form. I only have to take a few others supplements when I'm taking this product each day. I love this product.

I wouldn't buy this product again. I'm extremely disappointed with it.
It is a good size mug, but, the company doesn't put enough of the gel in it. It doesn't even have 1/3 of the cup filled with gel. When it freezes there's not enough gel in the mug to keep it cold longer than 5-10 minutes at the most. The gel mugs from a few years ago would keep my mug frozen for an hour or more.
