I contacted seller and he thanked me for info and said he would fix kit.
The repair kit did not work as the needle seat was not set properly for fuel to come into bowl. I went to another supplier locally and he had the same problem with some they had purchased from another outlet. They showed me how to fix problem and then it worked fine.

Very good quality
I received the steering wheel today and it appears to be as good as the original one that was on this tractor.
