As described.
Everything shown in the photo was included, in perfect condition and it arrived pretty quickly. I was gambling that this would be large enough to cover an existing install. The lines were insulated when it was originally done and these covers weren't big enough to accommodate everything. The bends on my lines are not tight 90 degree corners so I was only able to use wall outlet and the flexible section. That made a big improvement in the looks of the section that can be seen by my neighbors, so I got some good out of it.

Did I get a defective unit?
The static had to compete with the crackling and buzzing. The device was used but I have read reviews describing similar problems with new units. I tried a few different applications... amp, computer etc., nothing worked. It was even noisy with nothing plugged in.
