  Disappointingly, Hermes lost the parcel, which I'm afraid is all to common for them. Seller vey quickly issued a refund including postage, which was great, but I'm still annoyed with Hermes...!! This issue WAS NO FAULT OF THE SELLER AT ALL.. Good customer service, but BEWARE OF HERMES.... They misplace a LOT of packages....
