Bindings OK
Made in USA. Decent quality and construction. Found what appears to be a manufacture date of 1985.
The instructions are not a translation from the Chinese but are not detailed enough to be of much help. I feel sorry for the average solider trying to figure this one out.
I don't know if I have them put on right but I took a 2 mile hike in deep snow yesterday and they worked. The straps for the heel and the toe are barely long enough for my Sorrel type boots. The other 2 straps are way too long. I don't think these would fit "bunney" boots. I may have to cut off the extra long straps and splice them to the short ones.

Great emergency radio
Love the multiple ways to charge the battery. Great if the power goes out. Very good quality, better than another brand I had. The antenna seems a bit fragile and the AM reception is just OK.

Expired
Expired but worked. Should have said in description. I doubt an expired cartridge will print as many pages as a new cartridge
