Small volume with a lot to offer.
Book came in like-new condition. Selling was fast and efficient.
Bought this book to supplement my meditation routine. Does not contain any flowery prose, it gets to the point and explains step by step how to proceed and how to know when to move on. I expect to take an interesting journey with this text and hope that over the course of a year that I will have learned something valuable. Would recommend to anybody who wants to get more out of their meditations and explore a different method of introspection and self discovery.
