Not as expected

I wanted to be able to connect a disk drive to my router and use it as a common disk for my home network. The unit has an ethernet port. The router will set up an address, but no matter what, I could not see the disk drive via my computer connected to the router. I can see the disk properly if I connect the unit through the USB ports, or connect my computer through the WIFI to the unit. It did not do as I thought. I cannot recommend this unit for any use where you wanted to use as an external disk drive connected to your router. If you just want a USB 3 external drive, fine. UPDATE I want to add that this unit DOES NOT have a reset. There does not seem to be a manual on line. And I cannot understand why the English is so poor in the manuals in that there are plenty of English speaking manual writers out there. Finally, now I cannot access it at all using the recommended 192 168 169.1. to log into the unit. Works ONLY as external disk enclosure, and I had plenty of those. This unit shall be recycled in the round trash file. DO NOT BUY and waste your time with it. It shall be what it is, GARBAGE.

Be Sure to Ask

What was shown was the 58mm (look at the image). They did say that you need to specify 52 or 58, but I forgot to, and actually didn't see any place to enter that info. I got the 52MM, and had to buy a 52-58 adapter to use with my filters. I gave a 3 because it does fit and works as intended. But the missing "2" is because they should make it clear where to ask for the 52 or 58mm size.

Good value, Works Great

Bose headphones have that funny connector, and they are expensive to upgrade to a bluetooth set. This works great AND it has a volume control! The sound quality may be slightly off -- in theory -- but I can't hear any difference. Now I can use on a plane and walk around without having to deal with that wire.
