Complete, high quality kit from Walker
Really complete, high quality kit from Walker. I did not use all the pieces on my Rochester DualJet carb but mainly because I did not want to removed the electric choke assembly or the throttle shaft. One thing I would recommend is buying the special screwdriver for the metering rods -my 81' GMC pickup took a special squared off oval head . Also this kit does not include a float which I didn't think about. Luckily mine was okay. I used an ultrasonic cleaner with a 50/50 mix of simple green degreaser and water (I placed the body in with the electric choke assembly sticking up out of the water to keep it dry). I was was amazed how clean everything came out. This was the first car carb I have ever worked on and it wasn't too bad. Truck is running better than ever!
My application: 1981 GMC Sierra 1500 with a 305, Rochester DualJet model number 17081144 carburetor.
