great mics!
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich Ok, let me start by saying I bought 2 WMB57's and have only used these mics about 8 times in a live band bar situation. I have not tried these in any kind of studio setting. The first night, I used the weymic, drummer used a shure beta 57. Almost immediatly the weymic was more crisp and clear. It seemed to cut thru the mix better than the shure. It seemed to take the eq better than the shure as well. But, it did seem to have more handling noise. Both mics seemed consistent in sound. Ironically, the shure 57 we had on the guitar cab quit half way thru the night. I dont expect these to last as long as the shure or other name brand mic, but for this kind of price and sound, I will be getting a few more for my mic box!
