Buy this for your F-mount lenses!
Excellent for F-mount non-AI, AI, AI-S lenses - select aperture directly on the lens, open up adapter's ring to maximum aperture to focus, stop it back down and the lens is right where you left it! No counting clicks when stopping back down and you can still focus with the lens wide open to get it just right! This makes using manual lenses much, much faster.
This is super high quality, the machining is excellent.
I do wish the locking pins "clicked" a little more audibly but it is still pretty obvious when it's locked into place. It looks like that may have been a design decision they made as the pin for the lens is actually chamfered on the end. I suppose that's going to cause less wear on the mating surface of the lens after many cycles, so it's probably a wise design choice.
All in all definitely worth the 40 dollar premium over the standard non-aperture-non-pro version (I bought that one first before realizing I wanted this one).
