A Good Product but Not Without Flaws
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich TV Ears continues to be something my husband and I use regularly. They are a Godsend when one of us is reading and the other wants to watch TV. They are generally comfortable and can be worn for several hours without irritation. That said, the headset itself is very flimsy and the "arms" can break easily which has happened on many occasions. Given what they charge for this product, it seems they should be sturdier so we are not constantly having to buy replacement units which are not inexpensive. During the 10 years or so we've been using them, we've been able to repair the headset with toothpicks, popsicle sticks, glue, etc. in an effort to avoid buying replacements. If you read about them from other sources, you will find that the "flimsy arms" issue is a constant complaint. Treat them with kid gloves and you will probably be quite satisfied with the product overall.
