IS THAT ALL??
Wow! I was certainly surprised that this entire DVD was only 18 minutes long and that excludes the intro and ending credits! Pretty little content here! I guess I had expected a bit more than just one workout pattern. 🤷♀️ I realize the instructor has a series of workouts. Why not just put them all on one DVD? What a waist of space and (frankly speaking) my MONEY ! Oh well, thankfully it wasn’t too much of a loss at 6.99. Lesson learned, no pun intended.
