Hurricane Helene made shipping extend 2 weeks once USPS started back taking packages. I thrive to ship fast but with all the severe storms lately it CAN INTERFERE WITH SHIPPING TIMES, PLEASE NOTE ONCE PACKAGE IS HANDED OVER TO USPS IT ISNT AT MY FAULT!!! The Item was what I expected but the company is not a great company. Any company that has poor communication actually no communication does not need to be selling products at all and that's exactly what this company is it does not communicate. Long story short I needed to cancel this order I was going to let them keep the money for the item and just return my $50 for shipping cuz my son bought this I did not and I had proof of my camera footage that my son was on my phone but they won't comm
