Pretty Good but .......
Lived up to expectations except for the precision keyboard - that started to glitch pretty early (after 2 to 3 days) tried downloading a different driver, but to no avail. What does provide a work around is to use the blue function keys to switch the touch pad on and off i.e. reset the device I guess.
I have not messed with the setting for gaming/graphics, just went with default but the mozilla firefox browser seem to make the graphics driver fail then recover itself. Haven't tried to resolve this because it is only mildly annoying so far.
Very happy with boot time due to SSD. Note on the display - pictures and screen saver quality is excellent, but sometimes when web browsing text seems a bit small and difficult to see clearly so you just have to increase zoom, not a biggie but could be slightly irritating, admittedly perhaps there is another resolution setting that might make this a bit easier. Had a 15.6 inch acer laptop before that has lasted 5 years before a technician messed up the hinges, but that old machine had a more user friendly keyboard layout. This nitro has smaller keys that took a little bit of getting used to, but back lighting and feedback is very good. I don't think that the spread sheet junkies will be in love with the number pad keys being so petite. Windows 10 is Ok no complaints there.

Good value as a used item. But ask if device was registered online.

Buyers need to be aware that if buying used and if the previous owner has already registered the device online with sony.com then there may be implications for downloading new games online as well as playing against other players online. Do your own research.
The only other down side would seem to be a somewhat sluggish rate at which new games are being developed for this platform, due to the fact that Sony has not sold as many of these units as perhaps originally forecast.
Please note that there are many features of this device (online abilities) that my son has not delved into. So this review will fall short in that area.
Oh yes and there is a parental control feature which can be activated on this device.

Magazine capacity is excellent - choice of tactical rails - high power launch.
Only negative is that with the large magazine hanging off the left side weapon is a bit unbalanced, also this blaster is probably better for right handers than left handers.
