a little intimidating for cats
my cats just sort of watch it - too afraid to really engage with it. But if I put it under a shoebox they engage with it better by attacking the box. Will keep thier attention for quite a while, which is why I bought it as I needed something to distract them while I work.

3D makes this worth watching!
I thought this movie was at letter grade of C- viewing it flat. But in 3D it's much more engaging. Up to a B+. Still not great (and hard not to compare to Lord of the Rings) but in 3D it's thuroughly entertaining. Clearly this is the format it was meant to be viewed in.

Wildly inaccurate.
Wildly inaccurate. If one's feet are slightly out of place or if one is leaning ever so slightly forward or back the reading can be off 25 or more lbs.
