  I purchased this handbag on the 22nd dec 2023 and was told by the seller it would be posted 23rd after xmas i chased the seller who just gave excuses why it had not been posted she then cancelled the order and i recieved a refund on the 3rd jan 2024 i had other stuff delivered no problem purchased around the same time , not a very good seller in my opinion no apology and the fact the seller never contacted me once i had to message 3 times in total poor service
