  We strive to provide excellent service and keep customers updated. You requested a discount, which we gladly provided, and the item was shipped with complimentary shipping. Shipping delays are out of our control. The item was insured with USPS, and any damage should be addressed with them. We provided a simple fix—using a heat gun or allowing a body shop to prep and paint it but we never received a response from you. We’d appreciate it if you could remove the negative review.
