Celestron Microscope
Found it a little difficulty fitting batteries into compartment, the contacts made them a very tight fit and bent on first installation. got them in and working eventually,, but have since purchased a power adapter --
(this needs to be 6v 1Ma with a 12mm long plug)--- for better consistency with light source.
Slides and samples supplied are not the best I've, seen, could be air bubbles in the glass or could be just dirt /dust on the slides. easily remedied..
That aside this is a good sturdy beginners microscope for granddaughter to use at home or at school, at a very reasonable price, Some form of protective box or carry case would be useful though, as it is sold as a portable device, even if its at additional cost as an available extra.
