  The item was in perfect condition. Unfortunately due to Royal Mail the parcel was delayed, but the seller reached out to them immediately and they delivered it to me promptly. Fantastic communication and a very great help. Would thoroughly recommend.

  Having waited for more than three weeks after its estimated delivery date, I contacted the seller to see if there had been a problem and, if necessary, to request a replacement. After a further week, having had no response from the seller I contacted the ebay Customer Services Team who, in turn, I understand attempted to contact the seller on my behalf. They too apparently received no response. I therefore asked for, and received a full refund from ebay. CARE - You have been warned.
