English Muffins

I made English Muffins without using rings. The muffins turned out good in flavor but did not rise the correct direction. I was so happy to find this offer because the recipe makes 12 muffins. I can hardly wait to make this recipe again using the rings. I highly recommend buying the metal rings.

Little Strength and Balance

This is a perfect yoga DVD for a person like me. Because of diabetes, I have lost muscle strength and have bad balance. I have to use a chair to do the yoga but it will be worth it in the end.
