Worth trying out
Not one of Verdi's most famous or popular operas, but deserves to be better known. I did get more from the experience with having an Italian / English libretto, so I could follow the dialogue and the plot.

Sound quality V unavailable tracks elsewhere
I had already read the online reviews so I was aware of the poor sound quality, but it does include songs that are not available on any other compilation of her work.
The sound was not as poor as I expected, but other CD available have transferred the songs better from the films than this version and have a more natural sound,
