Great when it works, otherwise very clumsy to operate.
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich To be fair, it is full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution. If it is not, please check the camera setting or even the software playback setting. The picture quality however is not like a Sony handycam, but more like CCTV quality. It is however enough to view the happenings.
The item is easy to operate, and when it works, its very nice. But there are some teething problems when it decides not to connect. A few things you can try (which I found out) is that you can format the card media and to use a proper charger because I suspect my USB port is underpowered, so it doesn't work properly all the time.
Another complain is the brightness is too bright. It sort of lights up a dark room and the illumination also flickers a bit.
The charging port is a bit loose, so quality also is in question. But it works otherwise. Not perfect, but a good cheap alternative.

Good, but not as good as the higher end Krups machines..
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich My second espresso machine from Krups. The first one being Krups EA8250, a slightly higher end model. So I tend to comapre a lot between these two machines. The EA8108 vs EA8250.
Firstly this machine does all that its advertised to do. Easy to use, brews decent coffee, average build quality and so on. But a few finer points you should know before buying this unit.
Being a lower end unit, it does NOT come with the Claris F088 filter. You can buy this as an optional accessory and just screw it on. So this will add up to the cost if you decide to add the Claris filter cartridge. Noting that the EA8250 comes equipped with a Claris filter cartridge.
Second, the coffee temperature is a bit lacking compared with the EA8250. While I used to get really hot coffee with the EA8250, but this unit does not brew as hot coffee. It is still acceptable, but its just that - acceptable.
Third, the coffee strength is also a bit weaker. Maybe this needs some getting used to, but the EA8250 extracts out very nice and stong coffee from the beans, but the coffee from this unit tastes a bit weak.
Then lastly of course is the build quality and interface. I really don't mind this as I knew beforehand what I was getting. Being a cheaper variant, the buttons, etc are not as plush, but still functions perfectly. So it still scores full marks here.
The final verdict - if I were to buy again. I will NOT buy the EA8108 because the coffee is just not as good as the EA8250. I would rather spend a bit more and get the EA8250 because these machines are for keepers.
Actually my EA8250 is still working perfectly fine and its already past 4 years and never had a problem.

Screen is cropped
Generally ok, not great. Sometimes there is pixelation, but mostly ok. But when it works, about 5 percent of the screen is cropped. Generally not an issue, but if you're watching movies with subtitles, then you can't see the second line of the subtitle. Since my purpose is mainly for watching movies, then I would recommend it for that purpose. But for other uses, it may be worth it.
