Great product, shame I was sent a faulty one
1 von 3 finden das hilfreich The product is excellent - probably the best rear mounting bike rack you can get. Strong and easy to use.
But the score of 2 stars is because unfortunately the item I was sent has a fault with it that was not mentioned before I bought it. One of the knobs you turn to secure the arms that hold the bike does not work. It just turns but never gets tighter as the plastic disc has been bent. So far this has thankfully not made the rack unusable - the arm stays in place anyway because of the grooves on the main tube that also hold it in place - but it is not entirely secure and so this should have been mentioned, especially before I paid full market value for this item.
