Twice the price of OEM product but available and good quality, no longer available from the manufacturer.

Quiet and comfortable helmet
one slight snag is the padding protecting the neck area make difficult to turn your head when prone on the bike, my scooter is a ZX12R, high pegs and long tank make twisting my head to either side use more muscle, that said I'd rather have my neck protected than not.
