Attractive, Easy to use and Solid
Clear display, and intuitive menus.
I populated the Number directory without recourse to any instructions, which says something.
Good clear sound through the earpiece also.
Nice and simple to use and the big buttons feel good when pressed.
Four batteries needed for the menu functions - I removed and reinstalled them to check that all the numbers stayed put, and they did.
Lastly the design is attractive - nice arched design and solid enough not to slip around on the surface on which it's placed.

Let Down by Poor Quality Control
Excellent book for those interested in this sort of thing. C. Jinarajadasa was a Adyer Theosophist and therefore roundly condemned by the pure Blavatsky set, but I like the gentler type of Theosophy of the Adyer style. The problem with my version of this book concerns the offset positioning on the page of the block of type, to allow for the binding requirements and see the whole thing central on the page when the book is opened. The offset block is the wrong side of the page, so the words disappear into the crease in the middle of the book. It makes it difficult to read and I will need to purchase another copy to read it properly. Shame.
