Unreliable device needs regular replacement
This is the third replacement programmer in the last 10 years. The display stops working to make it impossible to reprogram. The repeated costs of at least £115 for the part, plus the labour costs, mean that it is debateable whether further repairs are cost-effective. I think that next time I will opt to replace the boiler system for a more reliable brand.
