Handy tool did the job
It did the job , cutting 10mm copper pipe ; but the pipe walls were thick so the small diameter tightening wheel on the cutter could not be hand tightened and I had to use a visegrip. It needs a bigger diameter wheel for leverage

GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY
The mirrors are solidly and well made out of all metal , and the mirrors are real glass. No plastic anywhere for a welcome change . They tighten up into place very firmly Only fault is a small distortion pimple on one mirror . Far better value than the all plastic Cateye mirror I got for my bicycle .
