  As we discussed after your feedback, I have always made good ANY item that arrived damaged or needed something replaced. You said you thought my site said "No Returns" and did not even attempt to message me about the VERY INSIGNIFICANT issue you had. I would have gladly sent you postage for return and sent another. But thank you for the four orders and I am sorry you had difficulty. The frame back can only go in one way, so I'm confused about your "repairing" it.
