They finally upgraded the quality of the headstrap
I bought a few of these and each one broke due to a poor design of the strap holding the two earpieces togeather. They sent me replacements under their two year warranty that now use a spring steel metal band covered with a plastic sheath - MUCH better! The bluetooth itself has incredible noise limiting - even at 80 MPH on my motorcycle and works great with GPS and WAZE.
