  Several significant defects were not disclosed in the listing or photos. I did reach out to the seller and their response was, "Sorry to hear, I didn't say the item was in perfect condition, just that it was still sealed. If you had specific concerns about the item, you should has asked" (exact text). Additional comment was, "This album has been around a few years". They also asked if I wanted to return the item. The defects should have been mentioned.

  I offered a refund if they were not happy with the item. If they had any questions about the item before purchasing it they should have asked. No one else has had any issues with my items sold.
