Good contemporary covers of someone rediscovering old favorites!
A good array of songs such as Lionel Richie "Stuck On You", Bobby Goldsboro "See The Funny Little Clown" and a good host of originals...
Another place and time this would stand out when these tunes were new, but bettering with age, (the four door 2000-era Ford F-series pick up could have tipped me off) Vince gives them and himself (backed by the still working Nashville session greats such as Charlie McCoy) that fresh new run!
A definitely go out and get and you'll enjoy... (I after repeated plays found I do a very much!) -- Dave

Awesome collection of Dot Records surf/hot rod songs!
I knew Pat Boone's "little Honda" & "beach girl" were available somewhere on a various artists set such as this and boy was I right! What oldies collection could be complete without "pipeline" and "wipe out" as well as other must-haves during the early-'60's that this trend rode such a high wave?! Not too many--be glad you have such a time-capsule of this great, glorious period, BEACH MOVIE music, and all, Right Here!!!!
