Excellent Sound, High-Quality Item
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich High-quality item. Excellent sound quality with an equalizer. Battery life is actually 12 hours plus, which is more than stated in the product description. So much better than those rechargeable models that everyone seems to be selling, which result in down time when the battery runs down and it has to be plugged in to recharge -- plus the fact that they can only be recharged so many times before you have to just throw the MP3 player in the trash. The AAA rechargeable batteries can be charged about 1,000 times and that's a big plus for anybody's pocketbook if they intend on keeping something! Another plus feature of this item is that when you do shut it down, it holds your place in whatever you are listening to, so you don't have to search every time you turn it on -- especially good when you're listening to an audiobook. It's like putting a bookmark between the pages. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a high-quality piece of electronics.

Best Prime Lens On The Market!
When using this Tamron 35mm lens for the last two weeks or so, I have to say it's one of the best prime lenses there is on the market. On our Canon 5D Mark II full-frame, the picture is unbelievably sharp with fantastic color rendition right out of the box. On our Canon 5DSR 50mp, there are some small issues with focusing and getting a clear picture; however, putting it on manual focus gives us incredibly sharp images never thought possible. We are big proponents of Canon L lenses, as we shoot semi-professionally weddings and such; however, we have changed our minds after purchasing this lens. The lens is well-built, has image stabilization, is all metal, and really feels like a $600 lens should feel. There's nothing cheesy feeling about this lens. It screams quality. The focus ring is firm and precise, much more so than any Canon lens we've ever used in the past, and when you can get several inches from your subject, it's almost like having a macro lens and a portrait lens all in one. The 35mm focal length is just about the best you can get for about 99% of the shooting you'll ever encounter. A few days ago, we shot Christmas lights hand-held at night with the image stabilization and it was crystal clear, which is something you would not be able to do with the Sigma Art Lens, which has no image stabilization and costs more. I would recommend this lens to anyone who's looking for a reasonably-priced prime lens and wants the absolute best they can get out of their full-frame camera. Last word -- buy this lens, as well as the little TAP to make any adjustments you need to your focus. You won't be disappointed!

4 von 4 finden das hilfreich It's an excellent lens and a good value, especially if you want a lens with a lot of reach. We have a 100mm-400mm Canon L Lens, one of those highly-coveted $2,000.00 lenses, but wanted something with a little extra reach. Well, we weren't disappointed. The lens is sharp on up to 500mm, but then gets a little fuzzy at 600mm. However, if you take the time to brace yourself against something, or better yet, use a tripod, things sharpen up dramatically. I was surprised at just how much movement there is at 600mm, so a tripod is, in my opinion, a necessity if you intend to shoot at 600mm. With that being said, even the handheld photo taken with the 600mm is more than acceptable. When you consider that the Canon lens is $2,000.00, that $850.00 lens from Sigma seems mighty appealing. That 95mm chunk of glass in the front lets in a lot of light, and evening pictures have not been a problem. And, yes, the lens is heavy and the quality of build is more than I anticipated. For those who will buy this lens, I strongly suggest that you get the lens with the pro kit. It's about $40.00 more than some of the others I've seen with just lens alone. The kit comes with five filters, not just the four that are shown. We received two UV filters. Guess we got a little bonus there! My last recommendation is to buy this lens if you are serious about taking wildlife pictures or just about anything at a distance. I captured a dragon fly sitting at the top of a large pine tree at the edge of our property, and my wife couldn't believe that you could actually photograph an insect at that distance.
