Nice flavour
It's very sweet, but then it is about 80% sugar. I do enjoy the flavour and it mixes well with water. You have to be sure to "massage" the soft flask as you fill it with water (powder goes in first) to ensure that you make enough room for as much water as possible. I suppose that depends on how thick you like your gels, but I found that with three scoops needs the flask to be filled to the brim with water. Active Root is quite expensive for what it is - frankly I can make something similar for much less, although it is handy to have something ready made like this for when you don't have time.
I already have one of these Hydrapak soft flasks and can confirm that they are an excellent replacement for disposable gel wrappers.

0 von 1 finden das hilfreich I switched to these from those green sponge-with-pad things you typically find in supermarkets. Yes they are cheaper but they only last a few weeks before needing to be binned. Not very eco friendly, is it? E-cloth pads can be washed and are more robust, so they can last up to a year before you need another one. It seems to be a much more effective cleaner than a sponge.
