  Bought item, loved item. Seller never shipped, nor responded to three inquiries about tracking or shipping information. Very disappointed and sad. I wanted this item. Really wish the seller had contacted me, but after almost a month of trying to reach them, to no avail, had to request a refund. The poorest of customer service. Bad seller.
